No, those coffee
stains are supposed to be there. Looking to retain its existing customer
base in an environment of increased competition, ComEd wanted to create
a dialogue with mid-sized businesses. This campaign sought to remind clients
about the importance of reliable electricity for their businesses—from
their morning cup of coffee to the power for their computers. Further,
by providing a simple survey, our campaign attempted to show ComEd's continued
interest in serving its clients' needs. |
